Individual Therapy
We welcome you with kindness and a little humor to explore what matters most in your life. Sessions are held in person at our office in Nashville, or from the comfort of your home via Simple Practice’s secure video platform. Therapy is most effective when the relationship between client and therapist is rooted in trust, collaboration and authenticity. Together, we will develop a treatment plan to help you meet your wellness goals. To learn more about the interventions we weave into our work with clients, click here.

Good Faith Estimate
According to the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate from Beyond Counseling and Wellness upon scheduling an appointment, explaining how much your mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
